Design development includes material selection, color matching, and scaled shop drawings the client reviews and approves before any metal is cut.
Structural engineering accounts for wind load, mounting substrate, and local building code, with stamped drawings produced where a jurisdiction requires them.
Fabrication is performed to the approved drawings with dimensional tolerances checked at each stage, not just at final assembly.
