Aurora Crest — Tenant Sign System
The Challenge
The property owner needed a monument sign system that could accommodate tenant turnover for years without a full sign replacement each time a lease changed.
Our Approach
We designed a modular panel system with a fixed structural frame and interchangeable tenant panels, so individual panels can be swapped without disturbing the rest of the sign or requiring a new permit for routine tenant changes.
